ENGEVAP Boilers are developed to go beyond conventional standards, combining high performance, robustness, reliability, and low operating costs. A precise balance between engineering excellence and a commitment to consistent, long-lasting results.

Since 2009, the ENGEVAP Boiler model EV-2-4500 has been operating with excellence at Cargill’s facility in Uberlandia, Minas Gerais, becoming a true symbol of reliability and performance.

This boiler is a vertical water-tube type, equipped with two drums and a Pin-Hole grate, specially designed for burning biomass such as sugarcane bagasse and wood chips.

With a capacity of 200 tons of steam per hour, operating with a Regenerative Cycle, at a pressure of 67 kgf/cm²(g) and a temperature of 510°C, it demonstrates its thermal efficiency and stability, establishing itself as a consolidated benchmark in the sector.

By using biomass as an energy source, ENGEVAP Boilers significantly reduce dependence on fossil fuels, with lower greenhouse gas emissions and greater commitment to the environment. A conscious choice for the present and the future.

By choosing ENGEVAP, you invest in cutting-edge Brazilian technology, with engineering focused on maximum performance, low maintenance costs, and consistent results throughout the equipment’s lifespan.
